Cold day around 7 degrees and cloudy but the forecasts give sun in the afternoon. Today we'll do a great ride almost all off-road. We immediately leave the city to immerse ourselves in the Swedish countryside. After about 45 km near a small nature reserve we make the first stop for coffee and cake, now an essential rite. The sun begins timidly to peep into the clouds. It all starts again off-road up to the park of the castle of Svaneholm where we park the bikes and after a short walk we reach one of the park's equipped areas, complete with a grill and tables. To keep us company a group of scouts who share with us this beautiful place on the shore of the lake with a wonderful view of the castle. We are ready for the barbecue. The meat on the fire begins to cook slowly, spreading that characteristic aroma that stimulates the appetite in the air! I fight with a "strange" ketchup jar that twice explodes under pressure, flooding me with sauce! Of course, lunch can only end with good coffee. The sun is back to shine and we just have to take the bikes back and continue our tour. Traveling the Swedish countryside on off-road offers unique emotions, with enchanting landscapes immersed in nature, among woods, lakes and rivers. There are many pleasant encounters like deer, fallow deer, wild love, hawks, ghibbi, eagles, beech trees and much more. A true paradise for those who love nature. Among other things, they are perfect white roads that do not require any off-road experience and on which you really enjoy yourself. We conclude our tour by crossing a part of the Häckeberga nature reserve. Wonderful day. Until next time.
